Mozilla and Google teams are very pissed with jeets who cannot provide any answers as to why their private keys were so weak.

While we understand that many things are happening in parallel right now, "social media scrutiny" and "analysis investors/customers" are not
acceptable explanations for delayed responses here.
That scrutiny is the predictable result of eMudhra's own failure intermediate keys that anyone could recover resulting in anyone being
able to issue certificates for any domain), not an external circumstance that befell it. Offering it as an excuse conveys that reputation management
is being prioritized over the obligations that eMudhra still owes to the billions of relying parties its mistake exposed. Those obligations not relax
because the consequences are uncomfortable.
We expect eMudhra to prioritize its review of this issue and its security response.

The Mozilla Root Program sent the attached questions to eMudhra on the October at 20:31 UTC. eMudhra was asked to provide an initial
response within 24 hours. After the deadline passed on October eMudhra asked for a further 24 hours to respond. As of the time of writing on
Friday Mozilla has not received a response to these questions.
We share the Chrome Root Program's concerns and whilst we appreciate eMudhra's difficulties, we expect eMudhra to uphold its obligations to
Mozilla and the wider community.
