mentioned on Twitter that one of these buildings was supposed to be FEMA. About five
minutes after mentioned the building, there was a by-now famous leak” at panel
7 on level 7 of some “storage facility in New Mexico.

It turns out, the building he told me was FEMA was not really FEMA. This is one of the main
entrances to what is called the Salt Pit, a CIA black site prison allegedly in Afghanistan but
really beneath the Atlanta airport. Georgia Tech used to have a working nuclear reactor on
campus and before the Savannah River nuclear facility was constructed, and they use to
store the nuclear waste at this underground complex near the airport, possibly a remnant and
expansion of civil war-era bunker building. In the jargon of nuclear engineers, nuclear waste
is called "nuclear salts" and that's how it gets its name "The Salt Pit." You can see this is
basically in Mountain View, where the original suspects in the Atlanta child murders were
thought to live. Those suspects were Joey's dad Steve Collins and his brothers, all of Collins
Brothers Produce, and they used what is now called the Salt Pit as their lair in which to kill
those kids

Just south of the zoomed in region, you can see a building now labelled "FEMA
warehouse." That was not there the last 100 times showed this image.
The person the usually say is Mencho, Nemesio Oseguerra Cervantes is really named
Ivan and thatis not the real Mencho. Indeed, the whole JNGC organization is really
“Joel's Company: The New Generation" as Joey's dad Stever hands the reigns over.
They are both named Joel Steven Cohen.
Before he was called Mencho, Joey was called The Prodigy due to his out
performance of others in some psychic training program. He outperformed certainly
because he has psychotronic implants in both of his cochlea and he was int he program
with others that lacked psychotronic brain implants.

Circle, past Wright's Lake, and then if you made a right onto My Zion Place and drive
past Steve house, and then you bushwhacked a few yards past the end of his culdesac.
