I live in a large condominium in my city. In
December I looked out of my window and I could
see a dude living across the street from me one
unit down playing on Pokerstars. His monitor is set
up so anyone looking in could see his computer
screen. With binoculars or my girlfriend's iPhone,
could see his hole cards from my window and I've
just been playing him in cash games for almost 2
months now. up thousands of dollars from this
one dude cause able to see his cards from my
apartment
I haven't seen him playing in awhile but
wondering if what I've been doing is "legal"
