Just outside my work there's а cigar shaped cloud hovering lower than normal clouds, and not moving at all despite it being а windy night. I've been seeing strange
clouds a lot recently, and believe they're UFO's.

The more it rotates the darker it gets... Its almost not showing up on camera at all... It wasn't moving at all until started taking pictures, and prior to this was looking at it for a while with a coworker.
